Pip Job PSM, GAICD

Pip Job is a nationally recognised leader in agriculture, rural resilience, and community development, with more than 25 years of experience across government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. She leads transformative initiatives in climate change adaptation, drought management, disaster recovery, agricultural extension, and community-led development, helping rural communities strengthen resilience and thrive through complex challenges.

In 2014, Pip won the RIRDC National Rural Woman of the Year Award. She also received the Public Service Medal for supporting NSW farming communities during the 2018–19 drought and the National Emergency Medal for her leadership during the 2019–20 NSW bushfires. Pip continues to champion sustainable agriculture and rural innovation across Australia.
