Cathy McLinden

Cathy grew up in Coffs Harbour and has lived in the Central West town of Forbes for over 12 years.  Cathy has always been involved in accounting and management roles within the many organisations that she has worked for from the early 1990’s.  Cathy raised her family and in 2010 had the opportunity to study at UNE where she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce.  Cathy was the Financial Manager of a Veterinary Clinic in Forbes and has spent many years Auditing in the Central West region.  Cathy also has completed her Diploma of Financial Counselling. Cathy joined the Rural Financial Counselling Service in 2021 in Forbes where she started as a Small Business Coach and transitioned to the role of Rural Financial Counsellor in Forbes in 2022
