An Interactive Event for MEN Navigating and Leading Family Farm Succession
When it comes to the future of the family farm, your voice matters.
Calling the Shots is a straight-talking workshop designed for farming men who are interested in securing their legacy and their family’s future.
Presented by communications specialist Malinda Guest, this session delivers practical communication skills that cut through the noise, reduce conflict, and make transition planning smoother for everyone involved.
If you’ve ever thought, “I just want to be heard and have a clear plan for what happens next,” this event is for you. Walk away with tools you can use immediately—whether it’s starting tough conversations, making your decisions understood, or ensuring your wishes are respected.
And because some of the best chats happen off the farm, we’ll wrap up with a relaxed social round of golf—a chance to keep the conversation going, share ideas, and enjoy a friendly hit with your mates.
Securing the future of your farm isn’t just about numbers and paperwork—it’s about making sure your voice shapes what happens next.
This is an inclusive event for all men with a connection to multi-generational farming or farm property transition of any industry or size. We encourage you to attend with your brothers, fathers, mates or other men from your community.
